Studio B with Malika

This workout is not for everyone. If you want to work hard and be run through high intensity/ high impact drills for an hour we promise that you will not leave disappointed.

Cycle Studio with Jane

You’ve not experienced a spin class like this, monitor your RPM’s on our large flat screens, challenge yourself on the bike and lose yourself in the music and Point of View videos

Sit & Be Fit on Wednesdays

Studio B with Becky

Not everyone is able to do cardio classes and move around as quickly as everyone else in the fitness environment. This class will give you the cardiovascular benefits of aerobics in the safety of a chair.

Body Flex on Wednesdays

Studio A with Donna

NO high impact aerobics here, just pure muscle sculpting intervals. This class will give you a head to toe workout.

Wine and Design Paint Parties

11:00 am - 1:00 pm


Wine & Design Paint Parties every Wednesdays at the Spa from 11 am to 1 pm Cost: $35 includes materials and lesson

Express your creativity in a relaxing environment at our very popular Wine & Design Paint Parties at the Spa. Artist Beth Williams will be providing step-by-step painting instructions while lunch and a selection of fine wines are available to order (additional costs apply) from the Waters of the World Café. Group and private parties are also available. As a bonus, participation gains you day access to the Spa and Waters of the World.
