SECOND COURSE
Burrata cheese salad - Burrata, heirloom tomato, golden beets and arugula with white balsamic vinaigrette

THIRD COURSE
Pan roasted beef tenderloin topped with king crab meat served with Sandbar Sunday hollandaise & a hearty red wine bordelaise. Petite vegetables, season potato & leek au gratin

FOURTH COURSE
Dark chocolate malted Panna cotta with barley malt anglaise
