James Gelfand oversees all private event venues, social functions, weddings, charity galas and local festivals at PGA National Resort & Spa. James has an impressive track record of creating and delivering the finest events and parties, and has a natural talent to transform a vision into reality. James has held past senior catering, food and beverage and sales positions in some of the premier luxury resorts in the country.
Johana Flores Director of Catering & Convention Services Operations
Every detail happens exactly on schedule at PGA National Resort & Spa with the keen eye for details and operation of Johana Flores, a ten year veteran and highly acclaimed director in her field. A graduate of Florida International School of Hospitality, Johana has worked in food service from day one of her career, which include the SoBe Food & Wine Festival, iconic hotels and resorts. Johana trained under James Beard award winning chefs and is always looking to present a myriad of options to her clients and then insures that all meetings, events and conferences are perfect.
Anna Erickson Senior Catering Manager
A recognized leader in creating social and catering events and dream weddings, Anna Erickson has been planning events and weddings for over 15 years. A graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in Foreign Service, Anna regards every event as a special one. Anna’s discerning event skills were fine honed first at Sotheby’s New York in meeting and event planning, and then later in Palm Beach. Brides and grooms look to Anna to assist in designing, creating and executing their perfect wedding and all the timelines and details that go along with the wedding experience.
Adair Kaestner Catering Manager
With over 6 years of managing experience, Adair Kaestner came to PGA National Resort & Spa from the St. Regis Bal Harbour where she served as Catering Sales Manager. Prior to the St. Regis, Adair developed her enthusiasm for events and catering as the Director of Operations for Meeting Dynamics at The Four Seasons Resort in Nevis. Her ability to exceed expectation and go above and beyond provides her clients with piece of mind for an extremely memorable experience.
Erica Ferreri Catering Manager
Erica Ferreri knows how to make every event spectacular and is revered by her alumni brides, event planners and clients for her personal hands on style. Graduating with a degree in Hospitality Administration from The Florida State University, Erica concentrated on events and conventions management, and perfected her skills at some of the top South Florida resorts as a wedding planner and executive meeting manager. Erica is a sought after event and wedding planner by businesses and brides alike due to her extensive knowledge in event planning and uncanny ability to relate to her clients, allowing her to anticipate their needs and make sure every detail is perfect!
Megan Williams Catering Manager
Megan Williams grew up on a small farm in the Ozark Mountains of Southern Missouri, graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in public relations and as a proud alumna of Sigma Kappa sorority. She quickly developed a name for herself as a sought after event and wedding planner at the prestigious Indian Hills Country Club in Mission Hills, KS. She was soon promoted to Director of Catering and Asst. Food and Beverage manager and oversaw all aspects of event planning as well as Member events. Club members, brides and event planners find the combination of Megan’s impeccable attention to detail and warm, friendly demeanor provide an unparalleled event experience every time.
