The complete meeting space renewal included a top-to-bottom makeover resulting in a modern, comfortable, flexible and stylish collection of spaces suited for meetings of nearly any size or agenda.

A conference ready, self-contained meeting complex is joined by two new stylish ballrooms and an inspiring outdoor, covered poolside pavilion.

A Space for Every Event

PGA National’s self-contained Conference Complex is highlighted by the 10,000 square foot PGA Ballroom.  Guests may enter the space through the resort hotel or via the dedicated PGA Veranda, a furnished, covered terrace that creates a lovely welcome.  Inside, the PGA Grand Foyer is an ideal pre-function space with natural lighting and plenty of space for registration or entertainment.

The large PGA Ballroom is unique in the region, offering one of the few fully inclusive, extensive production equipped, exhibit and event facilities located in a lush retreat destination.  With dedicated loading docks, multiple catwalks, Delphi floor plans, state-of-the-art data and power facilities, no pillars or columns and 22-foot ceilings throughout, the PGA Ballroom can host almost any type of production or celebration.

An additional dedicated entrance welcomes those visiting the resort for a day of meetings via a covered patio and foyer that is accessible from the resort interior as well.  Perfect for registration or meet and greet the foyer welcomes guests to the full suite of individual meeting rooms, each designed to serve both small and large groups.

Twenty-three flexible meeting rooms feature new furnishings and décor and can be custom configured using soundproof air walls, zone lighting and sound, light sensors and electronic reader boards.  A handsome wood-paneled Board Room overlooks a courtyard and offers both privacy and natural light.  
Product launches, training programs and high-impact video find a perfect home in the 2,000 square foot Congressional amphitheater.  Theater-style desk seating, ergonomic chairs, a built-in presentation platform and individual, built-in table lights set the stage for effective knowledge and information transfer.

An Affair to Remember

The new Bella Lago and Vista ballrooms embody the renewed, classic yet contemporary personality of PGA National Resort & Spa.  Both offer natural light, ageless furnishings and elegant accessory lighting.  A private reception area welcomes guests to Bella Lago where vaulted ceilings, unique artwork and a complete wall of windows create an atmosphere that is at once formal and comfortable.  Across the way, in Vista, two walls of windows offer a gorgeous view of the new zero-entry resort pool and a built in bar makes hosting friends or associates a breeze. 

The Masters Ballroom, located in close proximity to the Pro Shop and Master’s Practice Green, offers the perfect location for team building meetings, tournament banquets and celebrations.

Overlooking the Master’s Practice Green, Champion Course, 26-acre lake and new resort pool, the Honda Pavilion opened to rave reviews and has been the popular site of numerous parties and weddings, and offers an inspiring fresh-air option for meals or social gatherings.
