Wines
Ironwood Steak and Seafood boasts one of the most extensive wine lists in South Florida with over 350 top-shelf selections. The centerpiece of the dining room experience is a floor-to-ceiling wine room with bottles of the finest vintages from the world over. With its storied golf history it also presents wines produced by PGA TOUR golf legends Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman, Ernie Els, Nick Faldo and Luke Donald.
Our current wine list reflects 39 wines by the glass (23 reds and 16 whites from $8 - $25) and 215 wines by the bottle (from $24 to $975).
The objective of Ironwood Steak & Seafood is to continuously select wines that are unique, stylish, intelligent, and balanced. The knowledgeable management team at Ironwood spends tremendous time swirling, smelling, and tasting ‘boutique wines’ from around the world in order to provide our wine adoring customers ever-changing opportunities to explore many of the wine regions of the Old World and the New World.
Our custom built modular racks cellar of 215 wines is stored in high quality temperature controlled. Our red wines are stored at 65 degrees Fahrenheit. And a separate white wine/champagne service compartment is set at 45-50 degrees Fahrenheit.
