In 2008, Ironwood Steak and Seafood opened its doors with rave reviews. Labeled as the premier restaurant at PGA National; Ironwood has become the place to celebrate with friends and enjoy the finest steak and seafood along the treasure coast.

STEAK

In addition to sourcing from the best producers from around the country, our steaks are selected from the top 2.9% of all graded beef. We season our steaks with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper just prior to broiling in the Vulcan 1200. Steaks are brushed with herb butter, confit shallots and herbs from our own garden located on property.

Florida's Gulf Stream waters rush northward and stay at a constant warm temperature making for a "super highway" for bait fish. This river in the ocean attracts some of the world best tasting saltwater fish species: Red Snapper, Maui Maui, Black Grouper, Florida Pompano, etc.
