In addition to sourcing from the best producers from around the country, our steaks are selected from the top 2.9% of all graded beef. We season our steaks with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper just prior to broiling in the Vulcan 1200. Steaks are brushed with herb butter, confit shallots and herbs from our own garden located on property. |
