florida jumbo stone crab claw - grained mustard, pineapple jicama slaw, Meyer lemon 

baked brie - poached port figs, honey pecan brittle, raisin walnut crostini 

bananas foster foie gras - brioche, blackberry gastrique

roasted Chioggia beef terrine - organic rocket arugula, swank farms goat cheese, hazelnut balsamic reduction

porcini dusted black cod - spiced heirloom baby carrot, belugra lentil, beurre rouge

prime filet of beef - charred asparagus, organic sweet corn flan, tawny port balsamic 

champagne braised veal shank - white truffle risotto, haricot vert, barolo reduction

apricot glazed Berkshire pork chop - neuskie bacon braised collard greens, sweet potato pave

all chocolate Castronovo “gateau” - sierra Nevada dark milk chocolate crème brulee, Dominican dark chocolate mousse, double chocolate cookie, blackberry coulis, crispy cinnamon touille
