Parents must reserve to have their children attend any of the sessions offered through the website by emailing their request to BanyanBuddiesReservations@pgaresort.com.
Parents must select a session time and day based on the following choices. All sessions are for drop off care only. Please make your reservations at least 24 hours in advance to allow for staffing needs.
Saturdays – Sundays
9am – 5pm $125/week per child, includes homework help, snacks arts & crafts.
Extra Hour
6pm-7pm $30/per child
Kids’ Night Out
Fridays 6pm-10pm $95 per child. 24hrs advance notice required.
Club Members receive a 20% discount on all session pricing listed above.
Children are encouraged to bring bathing suit, a change of dry clothes, and sunscreen. No outside food will be allowed.
Reservations must be cancelled 6 hours in advance of session to refund payment.
Children must be completely toilet trained, age 4 to age 12.
Our ratio is one staff to five children.

Payments are made through the member card/ room number/ credit card and are subject to a 100% no-show cancellation fee.
Each child must have a signed Child Information Form with a mobile phone contact available when the child is in session. Please notify if your child has any allergies or medical conditions that we need to be aware of.
