Group Golf Tournaments

Every golf group of eight or more players is supported by a dedicated Tournament Coordinator and experienced golf operations team, ensuring a seamless golf event from start to finish. From intimate buddy golf trips to large corporate tournaments of up to 500+ players, PGA National delivers a fully managed golf experience. Our golf tournament and event management services support corporate golf outings, charity tournaments, client appreciation events, associations, and buddy golf trips of all sizes.

Our tournament staff will be pleased to provide the following (additional costs may apply where applicable): 

• Assign holes and generate foursome and alphabetical players’ list prior to event
• Supply custom tournament format and provide rules sheet for all participants
• Special tournament announcements (if necessary)
• Pre-set carts in golf staging area furnished with tournament scorecard, cart sign, format sheet, tees, and ball markers
• Coordination of golf bag drop-off and loading
• Generate customized cart signs with company/organization logo, participants’ names and starting hole
• Coordinate all tee gifts, trophies, prizes, etc. (upon request)
• Distribution of merchandise/tee gifts, as needed (separate charge for PGA National merchandise)
• Install group-provided tee signs, green sponsor signs and/or banners on course prior to play 
• Special event holes (hole-in-one, closest to the pin, longest drive, straightest drive, etc.)
• Coordinate and manage hole-in-one events
  
• Professional scoring/scoreboards (upon request)
• Conduct awards ceremony (upon request)
• Assist in coordinating golf clinic opportunities with PGA National Golf Academy
• Coordinate with PGA National's concessions department for on-course beverage carts, box lunches, and/or caddie coolers
• Arrange for tournament photographers
• Arrange golf club rentals
  

Additional enhancements such as “Play with a Pro,” putting contests, branded signage, and custom tournament experiences are available upon request.

Group Golf Services

A block of tee times or tournament event can be reserved up to one year in advance through a golf confirmation agreement.

• Each group is assigned a dedicated Golf Tournament Coordinator to manage event details and administer the extensive Tournament Services included with group rates
• Reserve an exclusive golf course for groups of 100 players or more (up to 144 players per course) for morning or afternoon events on any of our five courses, including The Champion, home of the PGA TOUR's The Cognizant Classic
• Enhance your event with golf-specific activities such as putting contests and glow-in-the-dark putting competitions, available as part of your golf event or as standalone team-building experiences.
• Tournament gifts, prizes, and branded merchandise are available through the Golf Retail Department to elevate your group golf experience.
